Prepare for Cleanse

It is best to gradually ease into the cleanse experience. Giving oneself 3-7 days to prepare for the cleanse is ideal. I provide specific guidelines for this process.

You will recieve detailed information about how to prepare for the cleanse once you have registered for your cleanse. 



 Ilana is a gentle and thoughtful guide through the cleanse process, which is essentially about learning how to nourish and honor your body and your spirit through the simple act of eating wholesome, nutrient rich food.  I highly recommend participating in a cleanse.  It will change how you think and feel about food and it will help you find some space and balance for yourself.
