Food is the one medicine we take every day. Making wise food choices can have profoundly positive effects on our overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When we eat foods the foods our bodies truly want we feel energetic, centered, and alive.

But many of us do not know how to feed ourselves. Which foods energize us and which ones make us take a nap?  Even if we do know the answers, we may not know how to feed ourselves well amidst our busy lives.

There is no one diet that is right for every person. We are complex and unique and require individual attention to figure out what foods work best for us. Unravel the mystery of how to nourish yourself.  Together we will explore how to:
